Direct Hire | Concord, MA (On-Site) $130,000-$155,000 + Quarterly Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop embedded software and firmware solutions
• Program in C++ within Linux-based environments
• Support existing products through troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, quality, and product teams
• Test, validate, and verify new hardware and software releases
• Create technical documentation and development specifications
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements
• Participate throughout the full product lifecycle, from design to production

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of embedded software or firmware development experience
• Strong C++ programming skills
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Knowledge of embedded architectures and ARM-based processors
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or similar source control tools
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
